摘 要:随着国家“双碳”目标的推进和能源绿色低碳转型的加速,新能源发电在县级电网中的占比逐渐提高,对电网稳定性提出了更高要求。该文聚焦于构网型储能技术在县级电网与新能源系统融合中的应用,以应对新能源的波动性和间歇性挑战以及解决单电源供电的县级电网供电可靠性问题。通过理论分析和实际案例研究,提出了一种协同优化的运行策略,旨在提高电网的新能源消纳比、优化资源分配、降低运维成本,并实现孤网运行的纯新能源电力系统以增强电网的安全稳定性。研究表明,构网型储能技术通过智能控制技术能够平滑新能源波动,提升电网对新能源的消纳能力,并在负荷高峰时释放能量以缓解电网压力。实际案例分析显示,该策略显著提升了新能源消纳率,优化了资源分配,降低了运维成本,为县级电网的升级改造提供了有力技术支撑。该研究对于推动能源绿色低碳转型、提升县级电网稳定性具有重要意义。With the advancement of the national dual-carbon goal and the acceleration of energy transition,the proportion of new energy power generation in county-level power grids has gradually increased,imposing higher requirements on the stability of these grids.This paper focuses on the application of grid-connected energy storage technology in integrating county-level power grids with new energy systems.The aim is to address the volatility and intermittency challenges of new energy and to solve the reliability issues associated with single power supply in county-level grids.Through theoretical analysis and practical case studies,a collaborative optimization operation strategy is proposed to enhance the new energy consumption ratio of the grid,optimize resource allocation,reduce operation and maintenance costs,and achieve a pure new energy power system operating in an isolated network mode.This approach aims to enhance the security and stability of the power grid.The research demonstrates that grid-structured energy storage technology can smooth out the fluctuations of new energy through intelligent control,improve the grid's ability to absorb new energy,and release energy during peak loads to alleviate grid pressure.The actual case analysis shows that this strategy significantly improves the new energy consumption rate,optimizes resource allocation,reduces operation and maintenance costs,and provides strong technical support for the upgrading of county-level power grids.
