椎间桥形固定嵌片融合器(ROI-C)用于颈椎病前路减压融合术中的临床效果研究

摘　　要：讨论椎间桥形固定嵌片融合器(ROI-C)应用于颈椎病前路减压融合术中的价值。研究对象为56例接受颈椎病前路减压融合术治疗的患者,研究时间为2020年5月—2023年12月。采用奇偶分组法将所有研究对象分为两组,分别为参照组和试验组,每组各28例。参照组采用cage椎间融合器植骨+前路钢板内固定治疗,试验组采取ROI-C治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果显示,术后,试验组融合节段前凸角与参照组对比差异明显(P<0.05);术后,试验组颈椎疼痛程度评分低于参照组,颈椎活动度、颈椎功能评分高于参照组(P<0.05);试验组患者的各项生活质量评分均高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,ROI-C应用于颈椎病前路减压融合术治疗中,不仅能够改善患者的颈椎功能,还能加快异常椎体恢复速度,降低相关并发症的发生风险,提高患者的生活质量。Discuss the value of using the Intervertebral Bridge Fixed Intervertebral Fusion Device(ROI-C)in anterior cervical decompression and fusion surgery for cervical spondylosis.The research subjects were 56 patients who underwent anterior cervical decompression and fusion treatment for cervical spondylosis,and the study period was from May 2020 to December 2023.All research subjects were divided into two groups using the odd even grouping method,namely the reference group and the experimental group,with 28 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with cage interbody fusion cage bone grafting and anterior plate internalfixation,while the experimental group was treated with ROI-C.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that there was a significant difference(P<0.05)in the anterior convex angle of the fusion segment between the experimental group and the reference group after surgery;After surgery,the experimental group had lower scores for cervical pain than the reference group,and higher scores for cervical mobility and function than the reference group(P<0.05);the quality of life scores of patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05);Research has found that the application of ROI-C in anterior decompression and fusion treatment for cervical spondylosis can not only improve patients‘cervical function,but also accelerate the recovery of abnormal vertebral bodies,reduce the risk of related complications,and improve patients‘quality of life.
