四君子汤加减治疗中虚积滞型小儿厌食症的临床效果分析

摘　　要：探讨对中虚积滞型小儿厌食症患儿应用四君子汤加减治疗的效果。选择贵州中医药大学第二附属医院门诊2021年2月—2024年2月收治的84例中虚积滞型小儿厌食症患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各42例。对照组采取常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合四君子汤加减治疗,比较两组患儿疗效与不良反应发生情况,以及治疗前后中医证候积分、食欲与食量情况。结果显示,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,常规西医联合四君子汤加减治疗中虚积滞型小儿厌食症效果显著,有助于改善患儿的食欲与食量,减轻患儿临床症状,且不良反应发生风险较低,值得应用。Exploring the therapeutic effect of modified Sijunzi Tang on children with anorexia of the middle deficiency accumulation stagnation type.84 children with moderate deficiency accumulation stagnation type anorexia admitted to the outpatient department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to February 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with modified Sijunzi Tang in addition to the control group.The efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups,as well as the TCM syndrome scores,appetite,and food intake before and after treatment.The results showed that the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that the combination of conventional Western medicine and Sijunzi Tang with modifications has a significant effect on treating children with anorexia of the deficiency accumulation stagnation type.It helps to improve the appetite and food intake of children,alleviate clinical symptoms,and has a low risk of adverse reactions.Therefore,it is worth applying.
