双水平气道正压通气对慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的治疗效果研究

摘　　要：探析双水平气道正压通气(biphase positive airway pressure,BIPAP)用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases,COPD)合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,OSAS)的治疗效果。选取2022年12月—2023年12月青海省心脑血管病专科医院收治的88例COPD合并OSAS患者为研究对象。采用双盲法将患者分为参照组和治疗组,每组各44例。参照组的治疗方法为鼻导管吸氧,治疗组的治疗方法为BIPAP,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果显示,治疗后,治疗组的血气指标、肺功能指标、睡眠监测指标、心率、呼吸频率均优于参照组,并发症总发生率低于参照组,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,BIPAP用于COPD合并OSAS的治疗,可改善患者的血气指标和肺功能指标,提高患者的睡眠质量,降低患者的并发症发生率,治疗效果明显,具有较高的推广价值。To explore the therapeutic effect of biphase positive airway pressure(BIPAP)in chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD)complicated with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS).A total of 88 patients with COPD and OSAS who were admitted to Qinghai Provincial Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Disease Specialized Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 44 cases in each group.The treatment method of the control group was nasal cannula oxygen,and the treatment method of the treatment group was BIPAP,and the treatment effect of the two groups was compared.The results showed that after treatment,the blood gas indexes,pulmonary function indexes,sleep monitoring indexes,heart rate and respiratory rate of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,and the difference in data between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Studies have found that BIPAP can improve patients'blood gas indexes and lung function indexes,improve patients'sleep quality,reduce the incidence of complications in patients,and has a significant therapeutic effect,which has high promotion value.
