摘 要:分析新型药学服务模式对神经内科患者用药依从性及不良反应的影响。选取2022年10月—2023年10月于徐州医科大学附属医院神经内科接受治疗的106例患有神经性疾病的患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为两组,分别为对照组(n=53)和观察组(n=53)。对照组治疗期间采用常规药学服务模式,观察组治疗期间采取新型药学服务模式,分析两组患者的用药依从性情况、给药差错的发生率及不良反应的发生情况。结果显示,经两组药学服务模式护理后,观察组患者的用药依从率为96.23%,给药差错率为5.66%,相比对照组(81.13%)和(18.86%)变化明显(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应的发生率为7.55%,对照组为26.42%,两组比较结果差异显著(P<0.05)。研究发现,在神经内科患者用药过程中,实施新型药学服务模式,能够提升患者的用药依从性,降低给药差错率,同时能够减少患者不良反应的发生情况,保证良好的疗效及治疗安全性。Analyze the impact of a new pharmaceutical service model on medication adherence and adverse reactions in neurology patients.106 patients with neurological disorders who received treatment in the Neurology Department of The Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into two groups using a random number table method,namely the control group(n=53)and the observation group(n=53).The control group received conventional pharmaceutical services during treatment,while the observation group received new pharmaceutical services.The medication adherence,incidence of medication errors,and occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were analyzed.The results showed that after two sets of pharmaceutical service mode nursing,the medication compliance rate of the observation group patients was 96.23%,and the medication error rate was 5.66%,which was significantly different from the control group(81.13%)and(18.86%)(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.55%,while in the control group it was 26.42%.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Research has found that implementing a new pharmaceutical service model in the medication process of neurology patients can improve medication compliance,reduce medication error rates,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,ensuring good efficacy and treatment safety.
