无缝隙护理对腹腔镜下子宫切除术患者的效果研究

摘　　要：探究对需要行腹腔镜下子宫切除术的患者应用无缝隙护理的价值。选取2022年1月1日—2023年12月31日广西科技大学第一附属医院手术室收治的96例需行腹腔镜下子宫切除术的患者为研究对象,基于手术编号的单复性,将患者分为研究组(n=48,无缝隙护理)和对照组(n=48,传统护理),对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果显示,两组患者手术时间比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);护理后,研究组康复指标恢复时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,研究组术后并发症发生率以及各应激指标数值均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组满意程度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,对行腹腔镜下子宫切除术的患者采取无缝隙护理的价值较为理想,有利于改善患者围手术期相关指标,减少并发症,提高患者满意度,提升医院整体医疗水平和服务质量。Exploring the value of applying seamless nursing for patients who require laparoscopic hysterectomy.96 patients who required laparoscopic hysterectomy and were admitted to the operating room of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Science and Technology from January 1,2022 to December 31,2023 were selected as the research subjects.Based on the singularity of the surgical number,the patients were divided into a study group(n=48,seamless nursing)and a control group(n=48,traditional nursing),and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference in surgical time between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);After nursing,the recovery time of rehabilitation indicators in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that in the control group(P<0.05);After nursing,the incidence of postoperative complications and various stress indicators in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction score of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that providing seamless care for patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy is of ideal value,as it can improve perioperative indicators,reduce complications,increase patient satisfaction,and enhance the overall medical level and service quality of the hospital.
