术中护理配合对人工膝关节置换术患者手术出血量及术后并发症的影响研究

摘　　要：探究人工膝关节置换术的术中护理方案,着重分析术中护理配合效果。以山东省菏泽市牡丹人民医院2022年4月—2022年12月时段内进行人工膝关节置换术的126例患者为研究对象,并随机将其分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各63例。对照组执行术中常规护理,观察组执行术中护理配合,对比两组患者6项手术及术后指标、手术优良率、术后并发症发生率以及患者的护理满意度。结果显示,观察组6项手术及术后指标表现优于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组的手术优良率以及患者的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,针对人工膝关节置换术患者实施术中护理配合,可改善患者的手术及术后指标,减少术中及术后并发症,可提高手术优良率与患者的护理满意度,临床应用价值显著。To explore the intraoperative nursing plan of artificial knee arthroplasty,focusing on the analysis of intraoperative nursing effect.A total of 126 patients who underwent knee arthroplasty from April 2022 to December 2022 in Mudan People’s Hospital of Heze City,Shandong Province were randomly divided into two groups:observation group and control group,with 63 cases in each group.The control group performed intraoperative routine nursing,and the observation group performed intraoperative nursing.The six surgical and postoperative indicators,the excellent rate of surgery,the incidence of postoperative complications,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the performance of six surgical and postoperative indexes in the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the excellent rate of surgery and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The study found that the implementation of intraoperative nursing cooperation for patients undergoing knee arthroplasty can improve the surgical and postoperative indexes,reduce intraoperative and postoperative complications,improve the excellent rate of surgery and patients’nursing satisfaction,and have significant clinical application value.
