甘特图对混合痔患者围手术期健康宣教效果的影响分析

摘　　要：分析混合痔患者围手术期应用甘特图落实健康教育的效果。从贵州中医药大学第一附属医院2023年6月—2023年12月收治的混合痔患者中随机抽取120例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为A组(60例,常规健康宣教)和B组(60例,应用甘特图落实健康教育),对比两组患者的健康宣教效果。结果显示,B组宣教后相关知识(混合痔致病原因、术前肠道准备、术中配合要点、术后护理、出院健康宣教)掌握评分、遵医嘱依从性(遵医嘱服药、科学运动、合理饮食、规律作息、自我管理)评分、HAMD评分(抑郁情绪、强迫症状、睡眠障碍、自卑感、偏执症状)、并发症发生率均优于A组(P<0.05)。研究发现,混合痔患者围手术期应用甘特图落实健康教育,能更好地帮助患者学习相关知识和改善患者的不良情绪,可优化患者的遵医行为,促进患者疾病尽快康复,减少相关并发症。To analyze the effect of perioperative application of Gantt chart to implement health education in patients with mixed hemorrhoids.A total of 120 patients with mixed hemorrhoids admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2023 to December 2023 were randomly selected,and the patients were divided into group A(60 cases,routine health education)and group B(60 cases,health education was implemented using Gantt charts)by random number table method,and the health education effect of the two groups was compared.The results showed that the scores of mastery of relevant knowledge(pathogenic causes of mixed hemorrhoids,preoperative bowel preparation,intraoperative cooperation points,postoperative care,and discharge health education),compliance with medical instructions(taking medication according to medical advice,scientific exercise,reasonable diet,regular work and rest,and self-management),HAMD score(depressive mood,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,sleep disorder,inferiority complex,paranoia),and complication rate were better than those of group A(P<0.05).The study found that the application of Gantt charts to implement health education in patients with mixed hemorrhoids during the perioperative period can better help patients learn relevant knowledge and improve patients’bad mood,optimize patients’medical compliance behavior,promote patients’recovery as soon as possible,and reduce related complications.
