摘 要:为提高质子交换膜燃料电池(proton exchange membrane fuel cell,PEMFC)输出性能,基于Thermolib搭建PEMFC系统模型,并搭建PEMFC测试平台对模型进行验证,分析工作压力、气体流量、气体相对湿度、电堆工作温度等工作边界条件对电池性能的影响。结果表明:模型精度较高,满足要求;随气体流量、工作温度和工作压力的增加,电池输出性能先升高后降低;随气体相对湿度的增加,电池输出性能逐渐升高;当电池阴、阳极化学计量比分别为1.4、2.0,阴、阳极气体相对湿度均为100%,工作温度为70℃,工作压力为250 kPa时,电池的输出性能较好。To improve the output performance of proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC),a PEMFC system model is built based on Thermolib,and a PEMFC testing platform is established to verify the model.Based on this,the influence of working boundary conditions such as working pressure,gas flow rate,gas phase relative humidity,and stack working temperature on the performance of the cell is analyzed.The results indicate that the model has high accuracy and meets the requirements.With the increase of gas flow rate,working temperature,and working pressure,the output performance of the battery first increases and then decreases.As the relative humidity of the gas increases,the output performance of the battery gradually improves.When the stoichiometric ratio of the anode and cathode of the battery is 1.4 and 2.0,the relative humidity of both anode and cathode gases is 100%,the working temperature is 70℃,and the working pressure is 250 kPa,the output performance of the battery is good.
