摘  要:【目的】在不锈钢热沉的加工过程中,激光焊接和充压胀形是其中的关键工艺,这两种工艺的加工质量将直接影响到不锈钢热沉的成形和使用性能。因此,对不锈钢热沉的焊接工艺和充压胀形工艺进行了研究,以保证热沉加工工艺的可靠性。【方法】通过有限元仿真模拟的手段,分析了不锈钢板热沉不同焊接顺序下的应力变形。以焊后状态为初始条件进行了对应顺序下充压胀形过程的应力变形仿真模拟。【结果】结果表明,采用焊接顺序二,即按照先进行不锈钢板内部圆形焊道的焊接,再进行外围长直边焊道的焊接,其中内部圆形焊道采用沿矩形板的长边方向依次焊接的焊接顺序,可有效控制焊接过程的应力变形,使不锈钢板工件在较高的充压载荷条件下仍能保持较小的变形。【结论】得到了最优的焊接顺序和充压胀形工艺规范,可为航天器不锈钢板热沉的研制和生产制造提供理论指导。[Objective]In the processing of stainless steel heat sink,laser welding and pressure filling and expansion are key processes among them,the processing quality of these two processes will directly affect the formation of stainless steel heat sink and usage performance.Therefore,the welding process and pressure filling and expansion process of stainless steel heat sink are studied to ensure the reliability of heat sink processing.[Methods]This paper analyses the stress and deformation of stainless steel plate heat sink under different welding sequences by means of finite element simulation.Based on the initial condition of post-weld state,the stress and deformation simulation of the corresponding sequence of pressure filling and expansion process is carried out.[Results]The results show that the welding sequence two,that is according to the welding of the internal circular weld channel of the stainless steel plate first,and then the welding of the peripheral long straight edge weld channel,in which the internal circular weld channel is welded in the direction of the long edge of the rectangular plate sequentially,can effectively control the stress and deformation of the welding process,so that the stainless steel plate workpiece can still maintain small deformation under the condition of higher pressure charging and expanding loads.[Conclusion]The optimal welding sequence and pressure filling and expansion process specifications are obtained,which can provide theoretical guidance for the development and manufacture of stainless steel plate heat sinks for spacecraft.
