摘 要:基于既往高强度间歇训练应用于冠心病康复的研究成果,最新研究发现,通过减少运动剂量,同样可以使冠心病患者得到良好的康复效益。低剂量高强度间歇训练因其低投入、高回报的特点,可对冠心病患者产生良好的康复效益。从作用机制层面看,相比于传统高强度间歇训练,低剂量模式具备更好的安全性,并可通过逆转患者血管损伤、增强心脏泵血功能以及提升氧气利用率等途径产生康复效益。然而,当前如运动强度设定阈、间歇模式设置等相关问题亟需解决,更深入研究低剂量高强度间歇训练的优劣势、作用机制等可为其推广和临床应用提供参考。Based on the previous research results on the application of high-intensity interval training in coronary heart disease rehabilitation,the latest study found that by reducing the dose of exercise,patients with CHD can also obtain good rehabilitation benefits.Low-volume high-intensity interval training(LV-HIIT)can also benefit patients with coronary heart disease because of its low investment and high return.Compared with traditional training,the lower mode has better safety,and it can reverse vascular damage,enhance the pumping function of the heart,and improve oxygen utilization.However,the existing studies still have problems in the setting of the intervention program,such as the exercise intensity setting domain,etc.A more in-depth study of the advantages and disadvantages of the LV-HIIT and its mechanism of action can provide a reference for its promotion and clinical application.
