摘  要:目的基于自我决定动机理论框架和心流体验理论,探究了锻炼动机对大学生锻炼坚持的影响机制。方法采用问卷调查法对广东省、四川省、陕西省555名大学生进行测量,考察大学生锻炼动机、锻炼坚持、心流体验、锻炼意向的关系。结果1)锻炼动机对大学生锻炼坚持有正向预测作用;2)心流体验和锻炼意向在锻炼动机和锻炼坚持之间起部分中介作用;3)心流体验和锻炼意向在锻炼动机和锻炼坚持之间链式中介作用不显著。结论建议体育教育者应该重视帮助大学生识别增强心流感知的活动,激发锻炼动机和锻炼意向,从而提高大学生的锻炼坚持。Objective Based on the theoretical framework of self-determination motivation and the theory of flow experience,this paper explores the influence mechanism of exercise motivation on college students exercise adherence.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 555 college students in Guangdong,Sichuan and Shaanxi provinces to investigate the relationship among exercise motivation,exercise persistence,flow experience and exercise intention.Results 1)Exercise motivation has a positive predictive effect on college students'exercise persistence.2)Flow experience and exercise intention play a partial mediating role between exercise motivation and exercise persistence.3)Flow experience and exercise intention have no significant chain mediating effect between exercise motivation and exercise persistence.Conclusion It is suggested that physical education educators should pay attention to helping college students identify activities that enhance flow perception,stimulate exercise motivation and exercise intention,so as to improve college students'exercise adherence.
