摘　　要：体育赛事活动法治化建设是新时代坚持全面依法治国的重要内容,加强体育赛事活动监管执法是实现体育赛事活动法治化建设的关键环节和核心保障。研究采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、法律文本分析法,对我国体育赛事活动监管执法理念、执法体制和执法方式进行研究,研究发现:我国体育赛事活动监管执法理念“等级本位”思想偏重、执法体制“碎片化”、执法方式“人治化”。通过贯彻以人民为中心的体育赛事活动监管执法理念、构建“大综合一体化”执法体制、创新体育赛事活动监管执法方式,不断推进新时代我国体育赛事治理体系和治理能力现代化。The construction of sports events under the rule of law is an important part of adhering to the rule of law in the new era,and strengthening the supervision and law enforcement of sports events is a key link and core guarantee to realize the construction of sports events under the rule of law.By using the method of literature,logical analysis and legal text analysis,this paper studies the concept,law enforcement system and law enforcement methods of sports events supervision and law enforcement in China,and finds that:the concept of sports events supervision and law enforcement in China is hierarchical,the law enforcement system is fragmented,and the law enforcement method is people-oriented.By implementing the people-centered concept of supervision and law enforcement for sports events,building a comprehensive and integrated law enforcement system,and innovating the methods of supervision and law enforcement for sports events,it are constantly promoting the modernization of China's sports events governance system and governance capacity in the new era.
