摘　　要：袁枚的科举之路颇为顺畅,但相关传记却记述简单,尤其对其博学鸿词试前的科举状况及参加顺天乡试的前后经过,缺乏较为完备的考述。梳理袁枚的科举历程,可以清晰地看出其强烈自信和独特个性的形成过程。袁枚的科举经历对他后世的仕宦生涯产生了重要影响,而他对清代科举八股取士“不以为然”的态度,则成为他选择诗文创作以“立言”的一个重要原因。Yuan Mei(17161798)is a famous poet in Qing Dynasty,however the record of his successful experience in the imperial examination is rather brief.A detailed study on it can reveal his strong self-confidence and outstanding personality,which exerted great influence on his official career.His despising attitude towards the civil service examination propelled him into choosing poetic creation as his way of utterance.
