摘 要:近几年,多模态全聚焦焊缝检测技术逐渐发展成为超声无损检测领域中的一项新兴研究热点,但该项技术的实际应用研究还相对滞后,例如对于如何选择模态实现焊缝缺陷真实形态的有效重建以及采用何种方法实现多模态图像中缺陷影像的准确定量分析,截至目前仍然没有比较清晰的指导方法。针对上述问题,提出了一种基于对置阵列全矩阵采集的多模态全聚焦焊缝检测方法,该方法能够充分采集被检测焊缝的结构信息和内部埋藏缺陷的方向信息,有效重构焊缝轮廓结构以及内部埋藏缺陷的真实形态,降低缺陷定性难度,准确呈现焊缝内部埋藏缺陷的尖端衍射信号,提高缺陷定量精度。In recent years,weld detection using multimodal total focusing method has gradually developed into an emerging research hotspot in the field of ultrasonic nondestructive testing,but the practical application research of this technology is still relatively lagging behind,for example,there is still no clear guidance on how to select modes to effectively reconstruct the true shape of weld defects and what methods can be used to achieve accurate quantitative analysis of defect images in multimodal images.In response to the above problems,this paper proposed a weld detection method using multimodal total focusing method with opposite array.The proposed full matrix capture method from the opposed array can fully collect the structural information of the tested weld and the directional information of internal buried defects inside the weld;The proposed modal combination method can effectively reconstruct the contour structure of the weld and the true shape of internal buried defects,reducing the difficulty of defect characterization;The proposed modal decomposition method can present the tip diffraction signals of buried defects inside the weld,improving the accuracy of defect quantification.
