摘  要:构建生态水网需要在确保防洪安全的前提下,综合考虑经济社会发展对水环境、水景观、水生态等各方面的需求。从水利角度出发,实现河湖水系连通,科学合理确定生态水位和流速是构建城市生态水网的关键。基于生态水网的建设总目标,聚焦于水位和流量等水利保障要素,提出了一种城区生态水网的水利实现路径,并将研究成果应用于杭州市临平区上塘河水系生态水网。该应用在保障区域防洪安全的前提下,可通过优化配水水利工程的调度,高效调控水位、流量等要素,从而改善区域水生态环境。The construction of ecological water network needs to comprehensively consider the needs of economic and social development on water environment,water landscape,water ecology and other aspects on the premise of ensuring flood control safety.From the perspective of water conservancy,it is the key to build an urban ecological water network to realize the connection of rivers and lakes,and to scientifically and reasonably determine the ecological water level and flow rate.Based on the overall goal of ecological water network construction,especially on water level and flow,a water conservancy realization path for urban ecological water network is proposed,which is applied in the construction of ecological water network of Shangtang River in Linping,Hangzhou.Under the premise of ensuring regional flood control safety,the application can improve regional water ecological environment by optimizing the scheduling of water distribution projects and efficiently regulating water level and flow.
