摘 要:目的探究海军新兵职业倦怠现状及其影响因素。方法2022年8-10月,采用便利抽样法选取94名海军新兵为研究对象,使用马斯勒职业倦怠量表-通用版(MBI⁃GS)和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)进行调查。结果94名海军新兵MBI⁃GS得分为14.5(6,37.25)分,PSQI得分为6(5,9.25)分。有41名海军新兵出现职业倦怠,检出率为43.6%。体重指数(BMI)、累计海上作业时长、处于高度紧张状态频率不同的海军新兵的职业倦怠检出率差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。BMI、累计海上作业时长、睡眠质量是海军新兵职业倦怠的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论海军新兵存在一定程度的职业倦怠,BMI、累计海上作业时长、睡眠质量为其影响因素,应基于职业倦怠影响因素给予针对性干预。Objective To explore the status and influencing factors of job burnout in navy recruits.Methods From August to October 2022,94 navy recruits were selected using convenience sampling and surveyed using the Maslach Burnout Inventory⁃General Survey(MBI⁃GS)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI).Results The MBI⁃GS score of the 94 navy recruits was 14.5(6,37.25),and the PSQI score was 6(5,9.25).Of them,41 navyvecruits experienced job burnout,with a detection rate of 43.6%.There was a significant difference in the detection rate of job burnout among navy recruits with different body mass indexes(BMI),cumulative offshore working time,and frequency of high pressures(all P<0.05).BMI,cumulative offshore working time,and sleep quality were influencing factors of job burnout in navy recruits(all P<0.05).Conclusion The job burnout is evident in navy recruits.BMI,cumulative offshore working time and sleep quality are the influencing factors,and it should be intervened based on its influencing factors.
