摘　　要：本文根据实际应用中出现的塑化问题,利用实验室气相色谱(GC)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、热重分析(TGA)、差示扫描量热(DSC)等测试仪器,分别对PVC塑料制品的原料、配方、工艺等因素进行分析排查,最终确定PVC塑料制品出现塑化问题的原因。According to the plasticization problems in practical application,this paper analyzes and checks the raw materials,formulas,processes and other factors of PVC plastic products by using laboratory gas chromatography(GC),gel permeation chromatography(GPC),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and other test instruments,and finally determines the reasons for the plasticization problems of PVC plastic products.
