摘　　要：土壤养分在猕猴桃生产过程中起着至关重要的作用,对猕猴桃的生长、产量以及品质有着关键影响,直接体现了土壤生产力的综合水平。对各土壤养分因子与果树生长发育、果实产量以及品质之间的相互关系进行了全面综述,同时深入探讨了制约我国当前猕猴桃产量和品质提升的关键土壤因素,涵盖土壤物理性质(水分和质地)、化学性质(有机质,pH值,氮、磷、钾元素等)对猕猴桃生长、产量和品质等方面的影响,旨在为果园的土壤管理和科学合理施肥等方面提供坚实的理论依据,进而为促进猕猴桃产业的健康可持续发展提供有力的技术支持。Soil nutrients play a crucial role in the production process of kiwifruit,exerting a vital influence on the growth,yield,and quality,thereby directly reflecting the comprehensive productivity of the soil.This review comprehensively examines the interrelationships among various soil nutrient factors and their impacts on the growth and development of fruit yield and quality.It further delves into the pivotal soil factors currently constraining the enhancement of both yield and quality in kiwifruit production,encompassing the multifaceted effects of soil physical properties(such as moisture content and texture)and chemical characteristics(such as organic matter content,pH,nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium,among other elements)on the growth,yield,and quality of kiwifruit.The objective of this review is to provide a robust theoretical foundation for orchard soil management and the implementation of rational and scientific fertilization practices,thereby contributing importantly to the healthy and sustainable development of the kiwifruit industry by offering substantial theoretical underpinnings and practical technological support.
