摘 要:毛花猕猴桃(Actinidia eriantha)作为我国特有的浆果资源,是继中华猕猴桃(A. chinensis)和美味猕猴桃(A. deliciosa)之后极具开发潜力的特色浆果。近年来,毛花猕猴桃资源搜集和资源评价工作逐步完善,选育了许多优异的新品种。同时,毛花猕猴桃基因组的测序完成极大地推动了组学技术在毛花猕猴桃研究中的应用,鉴定了一系列特色性状的调控基因和分子标记。因此,从毛花猕猴桃资源搜集与新品种选育方面展开,结合多组学应用、分子标记开发及特色性状基因功能鉴定,对毛花猕猴桃种质资源的研究现状与进展进行了综述,旨在为毛花猕猴桃新品种选育及种质改良提供参考。Actinidiaerianthais a unique berry resource in China and with great development potential after A.chinensisand A.deliciosa.In recent years,the studies of resource collection and evaluation of A.erianthahas been gradually improved,and many excellent new cultivars have been bred.The completion of the genome sequencing of A.eriantha has significantly promoted the application of omics technologies in its research,leading to a series of regulatory genes and molecular markers associated with unique traits were identified.This review provides an overview of the current research status and progress of A.eriantha germplasm resources,focusing on resource collection,breeding of new cultivars,multi-omics applications,molecular marker development,and the functional identification of genes related to specific traits.The insights provided aim to support the breeding of new A.eriantha cultivars and the enhancement of its germplasm resources.
