青年团早期“组织化”的实践困境——林育南团二大代表资格风波探析

摘　　要：林育南系武汉徐家棚地区推选的出席中国社会主义青年团二大的代表,并在会上当选团中央委员,后又进入团中央局。然而,有些徐家棚地方团员却并不承认曾选他为代表。围绕其代表资格问题,武昌地方的党、团组织领导层出现剧烈争议,酿出影响全团的巨大风波。此时正值团中央因“十二号通告”问题出现“领导危机”的当口,若团中央局成员林育南资格再生问题,对团中央权威更加不利,故特派在湖北学习、工作过的恽代英为全权代表赴鄂调处此事。恽代英经过调查认为各方当事人均非不忠诚于团体或主义,出于当时团组织形态的实际情形,未予任何人以严重惩罚。此案的发生、发展以及恽代英的最终处置,集中反映出青年团初创时期的组织化进程中因缺乏组织意识、组织技术而面临的实践困境,有助于深化认识青年团乃至中国共产党的组织成长历程。Lin Yunan who represented Xujiapeng area to attend the Second National Congress of the S.Y.was elected as a member of the Central Committee and soon was designated into the Central Bureau.However,some of the S.Y.members in Xujiapeng did not admit to having chosen him as representative.The leadership of the Party and the S.Y.in Wu Chang arised a fi erce dispute centering on his representative qualifi cation,which caused a grand disturbance all over the Youth League.At the same time,a leadership crisis occurred to the S.Y.Central Committee because of the NO.12 Notice problem.The issue of Lin would undermine the authority of the S.Y.Central Committee.Under this condition,the S.Y.Central Committee assigned Yun Daiying as the plenipotentiary to mediate the matter.Yun’s investigation revealed that nobody in this dispute was disloyalty to the Marxism or the S.Y.organization,so he didn’t punish anyone severely.The disturbance and its handling reflected the practical predicament of the Early Chinese Socialist Youth League due to the lack of organizational awareness and skills.Research on this problem helps to a deepen understanding of the organizational growth process of the Chinese Socialist Youth League.
