摘　　要：改革开放初期,文艺领导人群体是参与构建文学体制的一支重要力量。一方面,在充分吸收基层文艺界的建议后,文艺领导人群体曾试图以改革文艺领导机构、颁布新“文艺十条”等方式对文学体制进行宏观设计,促进文艺事业进一步发展;另一方面,在一些具体文学制度的调整上,文艺领导人群体也用力颇多,尤其是以转变文学批评风气与引入文学评奖机制为主要内容的评价制度改革在当时产生了极大效用,为文学的重振提供了以点及面式的成功经验。The leadership group of the Party in literature and art was an important force involved in the construction of the literary system in the early stage of reform and opening up.On one hand,after fully absorbing the suggestions from the grassroots literary and art circles,the leadership group of literature and art tried to design the literary system macroscopically by reforming the literary leadership institutions and promulgating the new“Ten Articles on Literature and Art”,thereby contributing to the further development of literary and artistic undertakings.On the other hand,in the adjustment of some specific literary systems,the leadership group of literature and art had also made a lot of efforts,especially the reform of the evaluation system,which mainly included changing the atmosphere of literary criticism and introducing the mechanism of literary awards,which had a great effect at that time,and provided successful experience from point to area for the revitalization of literature.
