摘  要:为探究饲粮中添加发酵杂交构树对四川白鹅生产性能、血清生化指标、肉品质、消化生理和免疫的影响,选用健康、体质量相近的28日龄四川白鹅240只,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只,分别在基础饲粮中添加0(对照),5%,10%和15%的发酵杂交构树,试验期42 d.结果显示:与对照组相比,1)5%添加组显著提高了四川白鹅的体斜长、胸骨长、总蛋白、球蛋白、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、溶菌酶、脾脏指数、回肠长度、胰腺指数、十二指肠指数、回肠指数、空肠指数、绒毛高度(十二指肠)、绒隐比(十二指肠和空肠)和回肠黏膜厚度(p<0.05),显著降低了四川白鹅的滴水损失率和空肠隐窝深度(p<0.05);2)10%添加组显著提高了体斜长、回肠长度、绒毛高度(十二指肠)和绒隐比(十二指肠和空肠)(p<0.05),显著降低了滴水损失率和十二指肠隐窝深度(p<0.05);3)15%添加组显著提高了平均日增质量、球蛋白、回肠长度、肌胃指数、空肠指数、绒毛高度(十二指肠)和绒隐比(十二指肠和空肠)(p<0.05),显著降低了料肉比、胸角、滴水损失率和十二指肠隐窝深度(p<0.05).此外,随着发酵杂交构树添加量的增加,髋宽、空肠绒隐比和回肠隐窝深度呈现显著的二次关系(p<0.05).综合表明饲粮中添加5%发酵杂交构树能改善四川白鹅血清生化指标、肉品质和免疫性能,15%添加量能改善生长性能,5%~10%添加量能改善体尺性状,5%~15%添加量能改善消化性能.The experiment was to explore the effects of fermented hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera on the production performance,physiological and biochemical indexes and meat quality of Sichuan White goose.Using single factor design,a total of 240 healthy,28-day-old Sichuan white geese with basically the same body condition,were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 10 geese in each replicate.Each experimental group were supplemented with 0(control group),5%,10%,and 15%of fermented hybrid B.papyrifera in the diet.The test period was 42 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,1)The supplementation of 5%fermented hybrid B.papyrifera significantly increased the body slope length,sternum length,TP,GLO,TG,HDL,IgM,lysozyme,spleen index,ileum length,pancreatic index,duodenal index,ileum index,jejunum index,villus height of duodenum,VCR of duodenum and jejunum and mucosal thickness of ileum(p<0.05),significantly decreased the drip loss rate and crypt depth of jejunum(p<0.05);2)The supplementation of 10%fermented hybrid B.papyrifera significantly increased the body slope length,ileum length,villus height of duodenum,VCR of duodenum and jejunum(p<0.05),significantly decreased the drip loss rate and crypt depth of duodenum(p<0.05);3)The supplementation of 15%fermented hybrid B.papyrifera significantly increased the ADG,GLO,ileum length,muscle stomach index,jejunum index,villus height of duodenum,and VCR of duodenum and jejunum(p<0.05),significantly decreased the F/G,chest angle,drip loss rate and crypt depth of duodenum(p<0.05).Furthermore,with the increase of fermented hybrid B.papyrifera,the hip width,VCR of jejunum and crypt depth of ileum showed significant quadratic relationship(p<0.05).The results indicate that adding 5%fermented hybrid B.papyrifera to the diet of Sichuan White geese improved serum biochemical indicators,meat quality,and immune performance.15%of supplementation improved growth performance,5%-10%of supplementation improved body size traits,and 5%-15%of supplementat
