摘 要:基于数字长三角建设及“双碳”目标的实施背景下,选取2011—2019年长三角地区41个城市的统计数据作为研究样本,利用熵值法和主成分分析法构建并测算了工业数智化指数,系统分析工业数智化对碳排放的作用路径,并通过构建空间杜宾模型和机制分析模型等方式实证检验工业数智化对碳排放的作用方向、内在机制及地区异质性。研究结论显示:(1)工业数智化对碳减排存在空间正自相关性。(2)工业数智化对碳排放的增长效果存在异质性。在中心城市与高工业数智化水平城市的增长效果更强,金融发展水平的提升和基础设施的现代化能够有效抑制工业数智化的增碳作用。(3)工业数智化对碳排放存在工业集聚、产业结构升级和人力资本积累三条作用机制。上述结论经过一系列稳健性检验后仍然成立。研究旨在为长三角地区工业的低碳转型提供路径探索,并进一步拓展工业数智化与碳排放的理论研究框架。Based on the background of the digital Yangtze River Delta and the goal of “dual carbon”,this paper selects the data of 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2011 to 2019 as research samples,uses entropy weight method and principal component analysis to construct and measure industrial digitalization and intelligentization index.It systematically analyzes the role of industrial digitalization and intelligentization in the carbon emission path,and empirically tests the direction,internal mechanism and spatial heterogeneity of industrial digitalization and intelligentization in carbon emissions by constructing the spatial Durbin model and mechanism analysis model.The results show that:(1) Industrial digitalization and intelligentization has a positive spatial autocorrelation with carbon emissions.(2) The growth effect of industrial digitalization and intelligentization on carbon emissions is heterogeneous,and the growth effect is stronger in central cities and cities with high industrial digital intelligence level,while the higher the level of financial development and infrastructure,the more it can inhibit the carbon emission effect of industrial intelligent growth.(3) There are three mechanisms for the role of industrial digitalization and intelligentization on carbon emissions:industrial agglomeration,industrial structure upgrading,and human capital accumulation.This study aims to explore the low-carbon transformation of industry in the Yangtze River Delta region,and further expand the theoretical research framework of industrial digital intelligence and carbon emissions.
