摘 要:为筛选出适合南疆地区种植的高产优质水稻新品种,解决南疆地区水稻产量与品质相矛盾的问题,本试验通过对26个参试材料的13项农艺性状进行相关性分析、主成分分析,结果表明:26个参试材料的13个农艺性状变异系数范围在2.44%~29.01%,其中成穗率变异系数最大(29.01%),全生育期天数变异系数最小(2.44%)。产量与株高、直链淀粉含量呈极显著正相关性,与蛋白质含量呈极显著负相关,与结实率、糙米率、整精米率、食味值呈负相关;直链淀粉含量与株高呈极显著正相关,与食味值呈极显著负相关;食味值与株高呈显著负相关。主成分分析可以看出,5个主成分特征值均大于1,贡献率分别是33.388%、19.063%、12.352%、9.381%、9.121%,累计贡献率达到83.306%。依据隶属度D值,筛选出11个综合评价值高于对照新稻11号的品系,分别是16GY26-5-2-2、16GY50-4-2-1、18GYB22-2-2-2、16GY58-14-3-2-1、16GY58-14-3-3-5-1、13GY4-6-2-1-1、15GYB24-4-3-1-3-5、15GY114-2-5-1、18GYB30-2-3-1、13GY4-6-1-1-1-1-1、12GY11-5-4-3-1,本研究筛选出来的品系可为以后南疆稻区高产优质品种的筛选及推广提供理论依据。In order to screen out new varieties of high-yield and high-quality rice suitable for planting in southern Xinjiang,and solve the problem of contradiction between rice yield and quality in southern Xinjiang,this experiment conducted correlation analysis and principal component analysis on 13 agronomic traits of 26 test materials.The results showed that:The variation coefficient of 13 agronomic traits of 26 tested materials ranged from 2.44% to 29.01%,among which the variation coefficient of heading rate was the largest(29.01%),and the variation coefficient of the whole growth period days was the smallest(2.44%).Yield was positively correlated with plant height and amylose content,negatively correlated with protein content,and negatively correlated with seed setting rate,brown rice rate,whole rice rate and taste value.Amylose content was positively correlated with plant height and negatively correlated with food taste value.There was a significant negative correlation between eating value and plant height.It can be seen from the principal component analysis that the characteristic values of the five principal components are all greater than 1,and the contribution rates are 33.388%,19.063%,12.352%,9.381% and 9.121%,respectively,with the cumulative contribution rate reaching 83.306%.According to the membership degree D value,11 strains with higher comprehensive evaluation value than the control Xindao-11 were screened.They are 16GY26-5-2-2,16GY50-4-2-1,18GYB22-2-2-2,16GY58-14-3-2-1-1,16GY58-14-3-5-1,13GY4-6-2-1-1,15GYB24-4-3-1-3-5,15GY114-2-5-1,18GYB30-2-3-1,13GY4-6-1-1-1-1,12GY11-5-4-3-1,the strains screened in this study can provide theoretical basis for the screening and promotion of high-yield and high-quality varieties in southern Xinjiang.
