摘 要:近年来,水稻干尖线虫病发生危害严重,且对现常用的杀线剂已产生了抗药性。为筛选出高效、低毒的杀线剂,本研究对6种杀虫剂进行了室内药效试验,测定不同药剂对水稻干尖线虫的防效和对水稻发芽率的影响。研究结果表明,不同药剂和不同浓度处理对水稻干尖线虫的防效和对水稻发芽率的影响各不相同,其中30%噻唑膦悬浮剂的各个稀释倍数和10%巴丹+2%阿维菌素可湿性粉剂的1200倍液、600倍液、300倍液、150倍液,以及6%咪鲜胺+10%杀螟丹可湿性粉剂在300倍液、150倍液对水稻干尖线虫的防效较好;30%噻唑膦悬浮剂4000倍液和2000倍液、21.5%氟菌+21.5%肟菌酯悬浮剂2400倍液、10%巴丹+2%阿维菌素可湿性粉剂2400倍液、18%杀虫双水剂400倍液处理的水稻发芽率较高,30%噻唑膦悬浮剂1000倍液处理的发芽率次之,发芽率均在95%及以上。综上所述,30%噻唑膦悬浮剂4000倍液、2000倍液能够有效防治水稻干尖线虫,且对水稻发芽率无不良影响。In recent years,Aphelenchoides besseyi has become a serious disease,and it has developed resistance to the commonly used linecides.In order to select high efficiency and low toxicity insecticides,the laboratory efficacy test of 6 insecticides was carried out to determine the effect of different insecticides on the control of Aphelenchoides besseyi and the germination rate of rice.The results showed that the control effect of different agents and different concentrations on Aphelenchoides besseyi and the effect on the germination rate of rice were different,among which the dilution ratio of 30% phosphine thiazole suspension and10% batan +2% abamectin wettable powder were 1200 times,600 times,300 times and 150 times.And the wettable powder of6% imimidamine +10% fenestran in 300 times and 150 times of liquid had better control effect on rice dry tip nematode.The germination rate of rice treated with 4000 times liquid and 2000 times liquid of 30% phosphine thiazole suspension,2400 times liquid of 21.5% fluorobacterium +21.5% oximate suspension,2400 times liquid of 10% batan +2% abamectin wettable powder and400 times liquid of 18% insecticidal bihydrate was higher.The germination rate of 30% phosphine thiazole suspension was the second after 1000 times liquid treatment,and the germination rate was 95% or above.In summary,30% phosphine thiazole suspension 4000 times liquid,2000 times liquid can effectively control rice dry tip nematode,and has no adverse effect on the germination rate of rice.
