摘 要:针对分布式资源大规模接入对配电网检修造成的影响,提出计及源网荷储协同的有源配电网检修计划两阶段随机优化模型。首先,计及配电网内分布式光伏、可开断线路、柔性负荷及储能(ES)的可调控特性和运行约束,构建以有源配电网检修周期内检修和运行总成本最小为目标的配电网检修计划优化模型,提升有源配电网检修计划的经济性;其次,为适应光伏(PV)出力的随机性,采用典型相似场景对光伏的不确定性进行建模,构建有源配电网检修计划两阶段随机优化模型,以提高检修计划的鲁棒性。仿真分析表明,所提模型可显著提高检修调度的经济性,并较好的提升检修计划的安全性。Focusing on the impact of large-scale integration of distributed resources on distribution network maintenance,the paper proposes a two-stage stochastic optimization model for active distribution network maintenance plan considering source-network-load-storage coordination.Firstly,considering the controllable characteristics and operation constraints of distributed photovoltaic,interrupting line,flexible load and energy storage in the distribution network,the maintenance plan optimization model of the distribution network is established with the goal of minimizing a total cost of the maintenance and operation in the maintenance cycle for the active distribution network,improving the economy of the maintenance plan of the active distribution network.Then,to adapt to the randomness of photovoltaic output,the photovoltaic uncertainty is modeled using typical similar scenarios,and a two-stage stochastic optimization model for the active distribution network maintenance plan is constructed to improve the robustness of the maintenance plan.Finally,the simulation analysis shows that the proposed model can significantly improve the economy of the maintenance scheduling and the safety of the maintenance plan.
