摘  要:针对现有电动汽车(EV)集群调节能力评估方法未能全面考虑用户多样化需求,忽略电池损耗与激励补偿对用户消费(用车)影响的问题,首先分析了影响EV充放电不确定性的多样化用户需求,提出了单体EV入网运行区域的概率分布模型,分析入网单体EV在长短时间的尺度调节能力;并考虑电池损耗的影响,建立精细化的充放电电池损耗模型;其次,分析EV用户在分时电价和激励补偿电价影响下的响应方式及响应度,构建EV的集群响应成本模型,实现EV集群调节能力的评估;最后,利用所提评估方法分析EV集群在不同时段、不同补偿价格下的调节能力,验证了所提方法的有效性。The existing regulation capability evaluation methods for electric vehicle(EV)clusters fail to fully consider diversification requirements for users,neglecting the impact of battery loss and incentive compensation on the users.Firstly,the diversification requirements that affect the uncertainty of EV charging and discharging are analyzed,a probabilistic distribution model for the operation area of single EV integrating into the power grid is proposed to analyze the ability of the single EV to adjust the long and short time scales,and a refined battery loss model for the charge and discharge behavior is established considering the impact of the battery loss.Secondly,the response mode and responsiveness of EV users are analyzed under the influence of time-of-use price and incentive compensation price,and the cost model of EV cluster response is built to implement the regulation capability evaluation of EV cluster.Finally,the regulation capability of EV cluster with different time periods and compensation prices is evaluated by the proposed method,and its effectiveness is verified.
