摘　　要：目的:整合系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)病人出院准备服务的相关证据,为临床护理实践提供参考。方法:依据“6S”金字塔模型,自上而下地系统检索指南网、中英文数据库和相关研究网站。检索时限为建库至2024年1月31日。由3名研究者对文献质量进行评价和资料提取。结果:最终纳入文献17篇,包括指南5篇、政府文件1篇、随机对照试验1篇、专家共识4篇、系统评价2篇、临床决策2篇和证据总结2篇,汇总了23条SLE病人出院准备服务的最佳证据,涉及组建团队、入院24 h内评估、住院期间的准备与健康指导、出院前48 h及出院当天、出院后随访与效果评价5个方面。结论:总结了SLE病人出院准备服务实施的最佳证据,可为医护人员制订合理的出院准备服务方案、规范临床实践和保障出院后过渡期安全提供循证依据。Objective:To integrate evidence related to discharge plannings for patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)to inform clinical care practice.Methods:Based on the"6S"pyramid model,top-down systematic retrieval of guide websites,Chinese and English databases,and related research websites.The retrieval time was from the inception to January 31,2024.Literature quality was evaluated and information was extracted by three researchers.Results:17 articles were included,including 5 guidelines,1 government document,1 randomized controlled trial,4 expert consensus papers,2 systematic reviews,2 clinical decision-making papers,and 2 evidence summaries,developing 23 pieces of evidence for discharge preparation services for people with SLE covering 5 aspects:team building,assessment within 24 hours of admission,preparation and health guidance during hospitalization,48 hours before and on discharge day,follow-up after discharge,and effectiveness evaluation.Conclusion:Summarized the best evidence on the implementation of discharge preparation services for patients with SLE,which can provide an evidence-based basis for healthcare professionals to develop a reasonable discharge preparation service plan,standardize clinical practice,and ensure the safety of the post-discharge transition period.
