蜡油加氢裂化装置加工原料多样化的工业实践

摘　　要：蜡油加氢裂化装置作为将重质蜡油转化为轻质油品的主要生产装置,在正常生产中亦经常进行其他原料的掺炼。某公司150×10^(4)t/a蜡油加氢裂化装置在近年生产中受原料采购的影响,分别进行过常柴、常柴和催柴、催柴、轻循环油、蜡油、蜡油和常柴等多种原料的加工方案,且均实现了装置的稳定运行。从几种加工方案下的原料性质、操作参数、物料平衡、主要产品性质、产品收率、装置能耗及存在的问题看,蜡油加氢裂化装置在使用中油型催化剂时,在加工原料多样性方面具有较强的适应性,通过生产过程中的原料匹配、流程改造、催化剂温度控制、节能优化、添加改进剂、更换滤芯等操作,几种加工方案下装置得以稳定运行、能耗得以下降、产品指标得以稳定控制,但存在柴油工况下能耗高、裂化催化剂功能浪费的情况。通过增上原料电脱盐设施和高压换热器抗垢剂设施解决了原料氯离子超标带来的高压设备腐蚀泄漏问题,实现了装置的长周期稳定运行。VGO hydrocracking unit is the main production unit for converting VGO into light oils,and other raw materials are often blended during normal production.Affected by the purchase of raw materials,the 1.5Mt/a VGO hydrocracking unit of a company has adopted various raw material processing schemes in recent years,such as AGO,AGO and FCC gas oil,FCC gas oil,LCO,VGO,VGO and AGO,all of which has achieved stable operation of the unit.From raw material properties,operating parameters,material balance,main product properties,product yields,and energy consumption and existing problems of the unit under several processing schemes,it can be seen that the VGO hydrocracking unit is highly adaptable in processing diversified raw materials when middle-distillate hydrocracking catalysts are used.Through raw material matching,process modification,catalyst temperature control,energy saving optimization,addition of improvers,filter element replacement and other operations during production,the unit can be operated stably under several processing schemes,the energy consumption can be reduced,and the product indicators can be stably controlled.However,under diesel operating conditions,there are problems such as high energy consumption and waste of cracking catalyst functions.The corrosion and leakage of high pressure equipment caused by excessive chloride ions in raw materials were solved by adding electric desalting facilities of raw materials and anti-scale agent facilities of high pressure heat exchangers,and the long-term stable operation of the unit was achieved.
