摘 要:浙石化两套3.0Mt/a浆态床渣油加氢裂化装置开工以来减压塔在运行中均遇到下部4~6层填料段压差上涨过快、结焦严重的情况,使得减三线蜡油产品收率明显降低,产品重组分携带,减压塔底循环油中蜡油组分过高,挤占反应器中有效反应空间,并且造成减压塔运行无法达到设计工况,制约装置加工负荷,影响装置长周期运行。浆态床通过技改新增一套减压塔系统,并对新减压塔塔内件进行改造,包括:拆除BED6段下方过汽化油集油箱;重蜡油回流口更换适合空塔喷淋分布管(含喷头);减四线下返塔等分为两股进料,每层37个喷头;优化BED5段集油箱和升气筒,优化BED5下部填料采用大波纹格栅填料等(延长结焦时间,提高抗堵性能)。装置技改后开工一直维持90%以上负荷稳定运行,装置产品各项指标均满足要求;液化气、干气收率之和比设计值大1.46个百分点,轻、重石脑油收率之和比设计值大2.28个百分点,柴油收率比设计值大3.74个百分点,蜡油收率比设计值低12.47个百分点,装置总体转化率91%,与设计值接近;装置能耗为47.31kg标油/t,高于设计值(47.14kg标油/t)。Since the startup of the two 3.0Mt/a slurry bed residue hydrocracking units of Zhejiang Petroleum&Chemical Co.,Ltd.,both the vacuum towers have encountered a rapid increase in the pressure difference in the lower 4~6 layers of packing section during operation and the coking has been serious.As a result,the yield of the third side-draw VGO decreased significantly,heavy components were carried in the products,and gas oil components in the circulating oil at the bottom of vacuum towers was too high,squeezing the effective reaction space in the reactors,causing the vacuum towers to operate below design conditions,restricting the processing load of the units and affecting the long cycle operation of the units.A vacuum tower system was added to the slurry bed through technical transformation,and the internal parts of the new vacuum tower were modified such as removing the over-vaporized oil collection tank under section BED6,using distribution pipe(including nozzle)suitable for empty tower spray at the return port of HVGO,dividing the return flow below the fourth side-draw VGO into two equal streams of feed and providing each layer with 37 nozzles,optimizing the oil collection tank and air lift in BED5,and optimizing the lower packing in BED5 with large corrugated grid packing(to prolong coking time and improve plugging resistance).After technical transformation,the unit has been operated stably at a load of more than 90%,and all the product indicators meet the requirements.The total yield of LPG and dry gas is 1.46 percentage points higher than the design value,the total yield of light naphtha and heavy naphtha is 2.28 percentage points higher than the design value,the yield of diesel is 3.74 percentage points higher than the design value,and the yield of gas oil is 12.47 percentage points lower than the design value.The overall conversion rate of the unit is 91%,which is close to the design value.The energy consumption of the unit is 47.31kgEO/t,higher than the design value(47.14kgEO/t).
