摘 要:地铁隧道的传统盾构施工会对既有线造成影响,引起工程出现沉降和形变,设计一种地铁盾构近距离下穿既有线区间隧道施工技术,保障边坡稳定性,降低施工对周围既有线造成的不良影响.对近距离下穿既有地铁区间隧道风险点进行深入分析,得到盾构施工不当、盾尾间隙管理不当以及土体扰动控制不当三项风险点,设计盾构掘进施工工艺流程框架,根据工程实际情况选择盾构机型号,计算盾构近距离下穿既有线区间隧道施工参数,在盾构下穿既有线区间隧道时,设计施工保护措施.为验证设计施工技术的可靠性和可操作性,利用实际的工程算例进行分析,结果表明,在设计的施工技术下,地面沉降、道床沉降、隧道横向变形值均在控制范围内,大大提升了工程的安全性.The traditional shield construction of subway tunnel will affect the existing line and cause the settlement and deformation of the project.A construction technology of subway shield tunneling under the existing line section at a short distance is designed to ensure the slope stability and reduce the adverse impact of construction on the surrounding existing line.Through in-depth analysis of the risk points of undercrossing the existing metro section tunnel in a short distance,three risk points are obtained,namely,improper shield construction,improper management of shield tail clearance and improper control of soil disturbance.The framework of shield tunneling construction process is designed,the shield machine model is selected according to the actual situation of the project,and the construction parameters of undercrossing the existing line section tunnel in a short distance are calculated.When the shield undercrossing the existing line section tunnel,the construction protection measures are designed.In order to verify the reliability and operability of the design and construction technology,an actual engineering example is used for analysis.The results show that under the design and construction technology,the ground settlement,track bed settlement,and tunnel lateral deformation values are within the control range,greatly improving the safety of the project.
