双性同体的幻灭:析胡拉姆·阿巴斯《人贩子》中的“坏女人”形象

摘　　要：巴基斯坦著名作家胡拉姆·阿巴斯的小说《人贩子》描绘了“坏女人”的代际形象及其与悲惨命运抗争、妥协直至绝望的全过程。女主人公莱希曼的三次婚姻隐喻着女性觉醒的不同阶段,白痴、自私的男人及不信任她的老头,分别代表男权的不同压迫方式,对此莱希曼采取了非理性化、“黑化”、自我边缘化的不同抗争方式,她因此成了被男权文化唾弃的“坏女人”。人贩子吉米则是一个集拯救者、施害者和觉醒者于一身的“坏女人”。双性同体在吉米身上表现为模仿男性特质及反男性中心主义,而在莱希曼身上则更多地表现为她的可塑性及对男女平等的和谐关系的憧憬。个人的双性同体应产生于社会结构的双性同体,然而这是巴基斯坦目前难以实现的状态。The Human Trafficker,a short story by famous Pakistani writer Khurram Abbas,depicts the inter-generational images of“bad women”and the entire process of their struggle against,compromise with and ultimate despair of their tragic fate.The protagonist Laxman’s three marriages metaphorize different stages of female awakening.The idiot,the selfish man and the distrustful old man respectively represent different oppressive ways of patriarchy and against them,Laxman adopts three different ways of resistance,namely,irrationalization,villainization,and self-marginalization and as a consequence,she becomes a“bad woman”cast aside by Pakistani androcentric culture.The human trafficker Jimmy is also a“bad woman”embodying the roles of a savior,a perpetrator and an awakener all at once.Androgyny is manifested in Jimmy as imitating male traits and reversing androcentrism,while in Laxman,more as her malleability and her search for a harmonious relationship between men and women.The androgynous individual should be a product of a harmonious society eliminating binary opposition between man and woman,which,however,is currently difficult to achieve in Pakistan.
