摘　　要：俄罗斯民族文化概念因其鲜明的道德理想、价值立场、社会伦理以及信义观念、思想情操等内容而具有突出的精神内涵和属性。文章首先对文化概念精神内涵作出界定,进而基于文化概念精神内涵的民族文化精神特质,重点从民族意志精神性、精神价值实在性方面对俄罗斯民族文化概念精神内涵及实质进行阐释和描写,藉此探明文化概念在俄罗斯民族精神格局和文化构架中的价值特点与功能关系,展现文化概念在俄罗斯民众的精神内在和价值观念塑造中所发挥的文化蓄力、精神引领与支撑作用。文中研究表明,文化本身就是精神的一种存在和表达,而精神本身也是文化的一种表现形式,二者互为价值依存体;文化概念精神内涵是俄罗斯民族意识和文明义理的重要标识,它从精神实质上展现着俄罗斯民族文化的鲜明特征与文化脉动。The concept of Russian national culture has outstanding spiritual connotation and attributes because of its distinctive moral ideal,value position,social ethics,and conceptual faith,ideological sentiment and other contents.This article first defines the spiritual connotation of cultural concept,and then based on the spiritual characteristics of national culture in the spiritual connotation of cultural concept,mainly interprets and describes the essence of Russian nation’s cultural concept from aspects such as the spirit of national will and the reality of spiritual value.In this way,the article explores and makes clear the value characteristics and functional relationships of cultural concept in the spiritual pattern and cultural framework of Russian nation,demonstrates the cultural storage power and spiritual leadership and support role played by cultural concept in the shaping of the spiritual inner and values of the Russian people.The research of this article will show that culture itself is a kind of existence and expression of spirit,similarly,spirit itself is also a form of expression of culture,and the two are mutually dependent on each other;and the spiritual connotation of the cultural concept is an important symbol of Russian national consciousness and civilizational morality-justice,it presents the distinctive cultural characteristics and cultural pulse of Russian nation from the spiritual essence.
