摘　　要：紫杉醇是临床上常用的紫杉烷类抗肿瘤药物,针对其药物制剂的改良一直是该领域的研发热点。本文对紫杉醇制剂的市场情况和专利申请情况进行分析,重点对紫杉醇制剂的专利申请态势以及白蛋白纳米制剂、脂质体、胶束等重点专利技术进行介绍,旨在为国内研究机构和相关企业对于紫杉醇及其他化学药物的新剂型开发、专利保护策略以及知识产权布局提供参考。As paclitaxel is a commonly used anti⁃tumor drug of taxanes in clinical,the development of its formulations has become the focus of this research area.This article analyzes the marketing situation and patent application status of paclitaxel formulations,and introduces the patents on the technologies of albumin nanopreparations,liposomes,and micelles,aiming to provide some useful references on the development of new formulations,patent protection countermeasure and intellectual property strategy for paclitaxel or other drugs in domestic pharmaceutical enterprise.
