摘 要:随着海洋油气加大对深水、深层及复杂油田的开发,也同时增加了井喷失控等事故的风险。为提升井控应急处置效率,本文提出了数字孪生技术在海上平台井控应急处置应用框架,通过创建物理实体的数字化模型,实现对井喷事故的预测、模拟和控制。文章提出了一个针对海上平台井控应急处置的数字孪生框架,涉及地层模型、平台及井口设备模型、环境条件模型、多相流运动模型、燃烧模型和结构损毁模型的构建,从而实现事故模拟和预测,处置方案模拟和风险评估,事后复盘和经验总结等功能。本研究有助于决策人员更快更准地进行处置方案设计、分析处置风险,调度处置资源,并为其他员工提供演练平台。With the increasing development of offshore oil and gas on the deepwater,deep oil fields and the complex oil fields,the risk of accidents such as uncontrolled blowouts has also increased.To improve the efficiency of well control emergency response,this paper proposes a digital twin technology application framework for emergency response of offshore platform well control.By creating a digital model of physical entities,the framework achieves prediction,simulation and control of blowout accidents.The article provides a digital twin framework of emergency response for offshore platform well control,involving the construction of formation models,platform and wellhead equipment models,environmental condition models,multiphase flow motion models,combustion models and structural damage models,in order to achieve functions of accident simulation and prediction,disposal plan simulation and risk assessment,post event review and experience summary.This research helps decision-makers faster and more accurately to design disposal plans,analyze disposal risks,schedule disposal resources,and provide a training platform for other employees.
