摘　　要：聚天门冬氨酸酯聚脲防水涂料是由脂肪族多元仲氨基树脂(天门冬氨酸酯树脂)和异氰酸酯反应制备的弹性涂料,具备凝胶时间可控、固含量高、耐老化和环境友好等优点。本文通过实验研究了预聚体、多元醇种类及含量,阻燃剂种类及其协同效应对聚天门冬氨酸酯聚脲防水涂料综合性能的影响,得出了最佳配方,以该配方制得的聚天门冬氨酸酯聚脲防水涂料综合性能优异,符合相关标准的要求。Polyaspartate ester polyurea waterproofing coating is an elastic coating prepared by the reaction of aliphatic multiple secondary amino resin(aspartate resin)and isocyanate.It has the advantages of controllable gel time,high solid content,aging resistance and environmental friendliness.This article experimentally studies the effects of type and content of prepolymer and polyol,flame retardant type and their synergistic effect on the comprehensive performance of polyaspartic ester polyurea waterproofing coating.The optimal formula is obtained,and the polyaspartic ester polyurea waterproofing coating produced by this formula has excellent comprehensive performance and meets the requirements of relevant standards.
