摘　　要：金属屋面防水层材料的选择不仅需要考虑其满足国家现行规范、防水质量和防水效果的要求,还应考虑金属基板的条件,使柔性防水材料的粘结性能、施工性能能够与金属屋面板完美匹配。本文以某汽车零配件产业园项目为例,介绍了纤维背衬型PVC防水卷材(L类)配以卷材专用胶粘剂的满粘法工艺在直立锁边金属屋面板工程中的应用,重点阐述了屋面防水材料的选材依据、屋面施工流程、屋脊等细部节点处理工艺。The selection of waterproofing layer materials for metal roofs not only needs to consider meeting the requirements of current national standards,waterproofing quality and waterproofing effect,but also the conditions of metal substrate,so that the bonding performance and construction performance of flexible waterproofing materials can be perfectly matched with the metal roof panels.This article takes an automotive parts industry park project as an example to introduce the application of the full adhesion process of fiber reinforced PVC waterproofing membrane(L type)with special adhesive for membrane in the standing seam metal roof panel project.The article focuses on the basis of roof waterproofing materials selection,roof construction process and treatment technology for details,such as the ridge.
