摘　　要：中国尊大厦地下室共8层,基坑深度达40 m,防水等级为一级。本文介绍了该项目地下室底板、侧墙、顶板以及特殊功能房间的防水做法,并详细介绍了施工过程中的关键技术点及质量把控要点。地下室底板防水施工时采用了调整混凝土配合比、控制地下水、取消沉降缝等多项措施,并对多个功能性房间采取了针对性防水做法,克服了多个防水施工难题。The basement of China Zun Building(CITIC Tower)has a total of 8 floors,with a foundation pit depth of 40 meters and a waterproofing rating of grade one.This article introduces the waterproofing methods for the basement floor,side walls,ceiling and special function rooms of the project,and details the key technical points and quality control points during the construction process.
