摘  要:目的改进超高效液相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱法同时测定高基质生活饮用水中溴酸盐、氯酸盐、亚氯酸盐、二氯乙酸和三氯乙酸5种常见消毒副产物的分析方法。方法高基质水样依次经Anavo Ba/Ag/H SPE柱和0.22μm亲水滤膜过滤后直接上机,采用五氟苯基色谱柱分离,0.05%乙酸和乙腈作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,质谱采用电喷雾离子源,负离子模式下电离,多反应监测模式检测,外标法定量。结果5种消毒副产物在2~200 ng/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数≥0.9997,方法的检出限为0.020~0.243 ng/mL,定量限为0.067~0.812 ng/mL,加标回收率为92.4%~103.9%,相对标准偏差为0.4%~4.0%。结论改进的方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高、精密度好,适用于高基质生活饮用水中5种常见消毒副产物含量的同时测定。Objective To improve analytical method for the simultaneous determination of five common disinfection by-products including bromate,chlorate,chlorite,dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid in drinking water with high substrate using ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry.Methods The water samples with high substrate were directly determined after going through the Anavo Ba/Ag/H SPE column and 0.22μm hydrophilic filter membrane;the pentafluorophenyl column with 0.05%acetic acid and acetonitrile as the mobile phases for gradient elution was used for separation.The electrospray ion source,ionization in negative ion mode,and multiple reaction monitoring mode were employed for mass spectrometry.The external standard method was used for quantitation.Results The five disinfection by products showed good linearity in the range of 2-200 ng/mL with correlation coefficient r≥0.9997.The detection limits were between 0.020-0.243 ng/mL;the limit of quantitation was between 0.067-0.812 ng/mL;the standard recovery rates ranged from 92.4%-103.9%;the relative standard deviations ranged from 0.4%-4.0%.Conclusions The improved method is simple,rapid,accurate,sensitive and precise,and suitable for the simultaneous determination of the five common disinfection by-products in drinking water with high substrate.
