摘　　要：烟草依赖是当前医学可证明的导致死亡和慢性病的可预防病因。戒烟是减少吸烟带来危害的最有效和最经济的措施。目前国内外许多机构都发表了临床戒烟循证指南,并相继开设了提供戒烟服务的戒烟专病门诊。本文通过系统回顾和梳理国内外各组织、机构发布的循证指南,了解目前国内外指南推荐的主要戒烟疗法及其作用机制,并总结综述了国内外戒烟门诊的发展现况及我国面临的挑战,以期为更新我国戒烟循证实践指南、推动戒烟门诊的发展提供思路,从而进一步推动我国的控烟、戒烟行动。It is medically proven that smoking is a preventable causes of death and chronic disease.Smoking cessation is the most effective and cost-efficient approach to reduce the harmful effects of smoking.Numerous national and international institutions have published evidence-based clinical guidelines for smoking cessation,alongside establishing specialized clinics to offer relative services.This paper presented a comprehensive review and summary of evidence-based guidelines issued by various national and international organizations and institutions,addressing the recommended primary smoking cessation therapies while reviewing the current state of global smoking cessation clinics as well as analyzing the challenges specific to China.The findings aimed to inform updates evidence-based practice guidelines on smoking cessation in China,thereby fostering the development of dedicated smoking cessation clinics and further enhancing tobacco control and smoking cessation in China.
