摘  要:目的探究劳动密集型新就业形态从业人员社会阶层认同与主观幸福感之间的关系。方法对400名从事快递、外卖行业的劳动密集型新就业形态从业人员进行问卷调查,利用多元回归模型分析其社会阶层认同以及其他控制变量与主观幸福感的关系。结果劳动密集型新就业形态从业人员本地阶层认同,家乡阶层认同与主观幸福感之间存在显著正相关,回归系数分别为0.103和0.125(P<0.001)。男性从业者的主观幸福感显著强于女性,回归系数为0.250(P<0.01)。相比于男性,社会阶层认同对女性幸福感影响更大。性别与本地阶层认同的交互项对主观幸福感的回归系数为-0.103(P<0.05),性别与家乡阶层认同的交互项对主观幸福感的回归系数为-0.206(P<0.001)。结论社会阶层认同自评分数越高,主观幸福感越强。政策制定与执行需要考虑新就业形态从业者心理状态,尤其需要关注增强女性从业者劳动权益保障和职业认同感。Objective To explore the relationship between subjective status identification and subjective well-being among employees in new labor-intensive employment patterns.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 400employees in new labor-intensive employment patterns engaged in the express and delivery industries,and the relationship between their subjective status identification and other control variables and subjective well-being was analyzed by using multiple regression models.Results Significant positive correlation was observed statistically between local status identification,hometown status identification,and subjective well-being,with regression coefficients of 0.10 and 0.13,respectively(P<0.001).Subjective well-being was significantly stronger for male employees than for females,with a regression coefficient of 0.25(P<0.01).Female employees'well-being was influenced more by social status identification than males.The regression coefficient for the interaction term between gender and local status identification on subjective well-being was-0.103(P<0.05)and for the interaction term between gender and hometown status identification on subjective well-being was-0.206(P<0.001).Conclusion The higher the self-rating score of subjective status identification,the stronger the subjective well-being.Policy formulation and implementation should be considered the psychological state of employees in new labor-intensive employment patterns,with a particular focus on improving the protection of labor rights and professional identity of female employees.
