北京市西城区751名中学生电子烟使用现况分析

摘　　要：目的了解西城区中学生电子烟使用现状及其影响因素,为中学生电子烟防控提供依据。方法2021年9月采用二阶段分层整群抽样方法抽取751名西城区中学生,使用全国青少年烟草流行监测调查问卷进行信息采集。结果被调查的751名中学生的电子烟尝试使用率为7.86%,现在使用率为2.00%,电子烟易感率为8.24%;尝试使用电子烟的主要原因为好奇,第一次尝试电子烟的获得方式主要为同学或朋友提供;现在使用电子烟的中学生最常使用的口味是水果味;Logistic回归显示,与男生相比,女生(OR=0.517)是尝试使用电子烟的保护因素,职高生(OR=3.872)、好友吸烟(OR=3.426)、看到过电子烟广告(OR=2.392)是尝试使用电子烟的危险因素。结论北京市西城区中学生电子烟吸烟行为较严重,相关部门应加强健康教育和推动《电子烟管理办法》执法落地,降低青少年电子烟使用率。Objective To understand the status of electronic cigarette(e-cigarette)use and related risk factors among middle school students in Xicheng District of Beijing,and to provide basis for e-cigarette prevention and control in middle school students.Methods A two-stage stratified cluster random sampling method were used to select 751 middle school students in Xicheng District.The national unified questionnaire was used to collect information.Results The rate of attempted e-cigarette use among middle school students was 7.86%,and the current rate of e-cigarette use was 2.00%,and there were 8.24%middle school students who were susceptibility to e-cigarette use in future.The main reason for trying to use e-cigarette was curiosity,and the first attempt to get e-cigarettes was mainly provided by classmates or friends.The common flavor among students who used e-cigarette was fruity.Logistic regression analysis showed that female students(OR=0.517)were protective factor for attempted to use e-cigarette compared to male students,while technical secondary school students(OR=3.872),friends smoking(OR=3.426)and having seen e-cigarette advertisements(OR=2.392)were risk factors for attempted to use e-cigarette.Conclusion The e-cigarette smoking behavior of middle school students is still serious in Xicheng District of Beijing.Relevant departments should strengthen health education and promote the enforcement of the"e-cigarette Management Measures"to reduce the use rate of e-cigarettes among adolescents.
