摘  要:使用EDEM软件进行立式搅拌磨的研究计算,为了简化计算过程,往往忽略立式搅拌磨内的矿浆,只考虑磨内的研磨钢球,计算结果与实际偏差较大。基于CFD-EDEM双向耦合技术,考虑立式搅拌磨内的矿浆、研磨介质以及二者的相互作用,研究了立式搅拌磨的功率、转矩等参数,并与未考虑矿浆条件下的计算结果进行了对比。研究发现:考虑矿浆作用的立式搅拌磨参数数值均小于未考虑矿浆的计算数值;不考虑矿浆的计算,会导致模拟计算结果偏大。In order to simplify the calculation process,the ore pulp inside the vertical stirred mill was often ignored by using EDEM software for the research and calculation of vertical stirred mills,and only the grinding steel balls inside the mill were considered,resulting in deviations between the calculated results and the actual situation.In this paper,based on the CFD-EDEM two-way coupling technology,considering the ore pulp,the grinding medium and their interaction in the vertical stirred mill,the parameters such as power and torque of the vertical stirred mill were studied,and the calculation results were compared with those without considering the ore pulp.It was found that the parameters of the vertical stirred mill considering the effect of ore pulp were smaller than the calculated values without considering the ore pulp,so the simulation results would be larger without considering the ore pulp.
