摘  要:紫金矿业某伟晶岩型锂矿石的主要目的矿物为锂辉石,采用“高压辊磨机—介质选矿—浮选”工艺。原矿石经两段破碎后进入高压辊磨机进行闭路磨矿,-6 mm产品经0.5 mm闭路筛筛分,+0.5 mm筛分产品经两段重介质选矿后,重介中矿与-0.5 mm产品混合进入浮选。采用高压辊磨机低压辊压磨矿后,高压辊磨机闭路-6 mm产品中-0.5 mm含量达到22%~23%,将近77%以上的物料率先进入重介质选矿产出高品位中矿,至少可抛掉35%以上的废料,不仅提高了浮选品位,同时大大降低后续磨矿成本。The main target mineral of a pegmatite-type lithium ore in Zijin was spodumene,so the process of HPGR,heavy medium separation,and flotation was adopted.The raw ore was crushed in two stages and then entered into a HPGR for closed-loop grinding.The-6 mm product was screened by a 0.5 mm closed-loop screen,and the+0.5 mm screened product was processed by two stages of heavy medium separation.Then,the intermediate ore in the heavy medium was mixed with the-0.5 mm product and entered into the flotation stage.After using a HPGR for low-pressure roller grinding,the content of-0.5 mm in the-6 mm closed-circuit product of the HPGR reached 22%to 23%,and nearly 77%of the material rate entered the heavy medium separation to produce high-grade intermediate ore.At least 35%of the waste could be discarded,which not only improved the flotation grade,but also greatly reduced the subsequent grinding cost.
