摘 要:针对某选煤厂原有重介旋流器占地面积大、效率低、洗选效果差,以及指导生产的试验数据滞后等问题,利用智能浮选设备对原煤的粒度和密度以及对应产品灰分进行分析。通过对S-3GHMC1100/910/660重介质旋流器技术改造,进行分段设计后,实现了不同密度、不同粒径物料的高效分选。改造后,通过在线检测原煤浮沉组成变化,快速调整分选参数,同时降低煤炭洗选工艺的复杂性和维护难度,使精煤产率提高1.77%。In response to the serious problems of low efficiency,poor washing effect and lagging test data guiding production of the original heavy medium cyclone with its large area occupation in the preparation plant,the particle size and the density of the raw coal,and the ash content of the corresponding product were analyzed by the intelligent flotation equipment.Through the technical transformation of the S-3GHMC1100/910/660 heavy medium cyclone,the efficient separation of materials with different densities and particle sizes were realized after the segmentation design.After the transformation,by online detection of changes in the flotation and sinking composition of the raw coal,separation parameters could be quickly adjusted,at the same time,the complexity and maintenance difficulty of coal washing processes were decreased,resulting in a 1.77%increase in clean coal yield.
