摘 要:对于直径超过8 m的矿用磨机大型齿轮,其齿廓精度检测受限于检测设备体积。基于此,介绍了激光跟踪技术在齿轮检测中的应用;建立齿廓数学模型,开发全新的检测方法;实现了大型齿轮齿廓的在位测量,解决了8 m以上大型齿轮齿廓精度检测难题,为齿轮加工质量提供了保障。For the large gear of mine mill with a diameter of more than 8 m,the detection of tooth profile accuracy was limited by the volume of detection equipment.Based on this,the application of laser tracking technology in gear detection was introduced.Then,a mathematical model of tooth profile was established and a new detection method was developed to realize the in-situ measurement of large gear tooth profile,which solved the problem of precision detection of large gear tooth profile with a diameter of more than 8 m,and provided a guarantee for gear processing quality.
