摘  要:以高速弧齿锥齿轮开口型阻尼环为研究对象,基于单位载荷法求出转动状态下C型阻尼环同辐板沟槽接触面的接触压力,再根据赫兹接触理论,计算C型阻尼环与辐板间的接触刚度。在ABAQUS中建立了组合结构等效有限元模型,并进行了显式动力学分析,研究了阻尼环的宽度、厚度、开口量对齿轮振动特性的影响规律。研究结果表明,C型阻尼环对轴向的减振效果最明显;随着C型环宽度、开口量的增大,齿轮振动加速度先减小后增大;随着C型环厚度的增大,齿轮振动加速度先减小后增大再减小。分析结果为阻尼环结构参数的选取提供了指导。Taking the open-end damping ring of the high-speed spiral bevel gear as the research object,based on the unit load method,the contact pressure of the contact surface between the C-type damping ring and the spoke plate groove in the rotating state was calculated,and then the contact stiffness between the C-type damping ring and the spoke plate was calculated according to Hertz contact theory.A composite structure equivalent finite element model was established in ABAQUS,and the explicit dynamic analysis was conducted to study the influence of width,thickness,and opening amount of the damping ring on gear vibration characteristics.The research results indicated that the C-type damping ring had the most significant vibration reduction effect on the axial direction.As width and opening of the C-type ring increased,the vibration acceleration of the gear first decreased and then increased,and as the thickness of the C-type ring increased,the vibration acceleration of the gear first decreased then increased,and then decreased again.The analysis results provided guidance for the selection of structural parameters of the damping ring.
