摘 要:为了研究清水川流域暴雨洪水特性,提升防灾能力,基于清水川概况和12.7暴雨洪水情况,在分析12.7暴雨洪水形成过程及雨水情特征的基础上,对致灾情况和暴露出的问题以及建议进行了探讨,提出强降雨移动方向与清水川洪水汇流方向基本一致,加之缺乏预警和群众防汛意识淡薄,是此次灾害严重的主要因素,为黄土高原区域暴雨洪水研究提供了借鉴。In order to study the characteristics of storm flood in Qingshuichuan River basin and improve disaster prevention capability,based on the general situation of Qingshuichuan River and the situation of storm flood in July 2012,and the analysis of the formation process and characteristics of the storm flood in July 2012,the flood damages and exposed problems as well as the suggestions are discussed.It is concluded that the moving direction of the intensive rainfall was basically the same as the confluent direction of Qingshuichuan River flood.In addition,the lack of early warning and the weak awareness of flood control resulted in the serious disasters.The study results could provide reference for the study of storm flood in the Loess Plateau region.
