摘  要:在农业综合水价改革过程中,需要确定农户的用水量,以此来进行阶梯水价和精准补贴,取水计量有多种方式,其中一种为“以电折水”。通过分析“以电折水”系数以及影响以电折水系数大小的内部或外部的因子,不断深化农灌机井水电数据融合应用,为取用地下水监管做好支撑,对提高水资源精细化管理具有重要意义。In the process of comprehensive agricultural water pricing reform,it is essential to determine farmers'water usage for implementing tiered water prices and accurate subsidies.Various methods are adopted for measuring water consumption,one of which is based on electricity consumption By analyzing the'electricity-to-water coefficient and the internal or external factors influencing the water pricing,the integrated application of electricity consumption and withrawn water data for agricultural wells are improved,that could enhance the groundwater management.This is crucial for improving the delicacy management of water resources.
